This course is for brand new lash artists dedicated to expediting + launching a successful lash business as a confident + booked business owner. This program confidently expedites the launch of a successful lash business without having to troubleshoot years of mistakes on your own as you will be privately working with our lash master for 3 weeks while building a work portfolio. By the end of the program your business will be launch ready to begin growing revenue in your business saving you months of start up time and costs!
This course is also for already certified lash artists who are struggling to launch their lash business but are dedicated to growing their business to the next revenue level by fine tuning their lashing techniques, , business client systems, and learning how to build a business with full books that will reach your revenue goals!
The best part of this program is it cuts your launch business time from taking 6 months on your own to launch to being ready to launch leaving the program as we bring in all your models during the program so you will be ready to begin making your return on investment and building clients during the program.
This course is very intentionally designed as a 3 weeks hands on apprenticeship program that includes full mentorship and business mentoring. We only take on one student privately in this apprenticeship every 8 - 12 weeks and a maximum of 6 students a year, as it is a very time dedicated program to both expedite and transform you to achieve your business goals during the program.

WHAT DOES THIS PROGRAM INCLUDE
3 WEEKS APPRENTICESHIP 18 HANDS ON HRS WITH MASTER LASH ARTIST
Intake 1 student every 8 - 12 weeks : Application Required to Fulfill Registration
3 WEEK PROGRAM SCHEDULE + WHAT IT INCLUDES
In Person 18 hrs : Private 1:1 Full Program Curriculum for Certification for Classic Hybrid + Volume + Mega Volume Includes lives models in sessions. These 18 hrs will be done over 3 weeks.
The in person hours will be fully dedicated to hands on model training learning customized styling, trending styles, gaining clients, and launching your business, social media + marketing systems successfully
During these sessions we will also make a customized business plan for each session based on your progress, targeting your specific needs and getting you to your goals over the last half of the program.
These sessions are fully customized based on your customized business plan allowing us to troubleshoot your work and business success, this can be dedicated to things such as, doing fills, doing a customized model niche look, shadowing me and my clients, photography + videography portfolio, technique building, retention mastery, working on back end of business, client conversion systems, policies, audit your IG marketing pages, business + marketing systems, branding, setting up your IG, business systems, etc. as it will be fully customized to your needs and reaching your business goals.
These sessions are intentionally spread over the 3 weeks of time to allow for homework in between, practice in between and to fit your customized schedule for your success.
Weekly Mentorship Check Ins on Wed or Sunday for 3 weeks: full back + forth support via phone call, voice memos, texts, photo / video with: trouble shooting work and any problems, critiquing and feedback, marketing feedback, supporting your business launch process through

How to submit payments?
Once you have been accepted as a student for this program you will receive an invoice to complete your registration deposit to reserve your desired dates.
Payment Plan Option using Sezzle complete small payments over 6 weeks
Credit Card You will receive a registration invoice via email from our team at hello@lashthetic.ca to complete. You may also split the payments up into bi weekly payments leading up to your start date. Please note a 2.65 % transaction fee is automatically applied to any CC payments but e-transfer is free of charge.
E-transfer to company hello@lashthetic.ca
Cash Payments may be dropped off in full amount or two separate payments full balance must be paid before the first day of class begins
Final Payment remaining balance is due 48 hrs before first class day - you will receive an invoice for your remaining balance to complete
Refund Policy there is a strict no refund policy on all deposits and payments made.
Due to the nature of the services provided, tool kit costs ordered, and the access you are given to our intellectual property, we do not provide refunds in any given circumstance whether or not you decide to complete the training is your own risk.
Once payment is received you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hrs of your registration where we will organize all your personalized session dates and prep details for your apprenticship period.
