The 3 week and 6 week lash training apprenticeships are for new lash artists dedicated to expediting + launching a successful lash business as a confident + booked business owner. These programs confidently eliminate years of mistakes on your own as you will be privately apprenticing with our lash master while building your portfolio, allowing you to launch your own business during the program with full support! The best part of this program is you are able to bring in your first clients to begin building clientele during the program so you don’t have to wait until the end of the program to start, we do it with you. Due to the time dedication intake is limited to 5 students a year and we only take on apprenticeship every 8 - 12 weeks as they are very time dedicated programs to transform you to achieve your business goals during the program. Miriam Chicanot is the Founder of Lashthetic Pro and her profound business journey began from the tender age of 19 to a decade later and is what leaves those she impacts in awe of the powerful ripple affect we as women in business can have by uplifting each other to defy the odds in business no matter the cards or upbringing we were dealt. In 2022 Miriam was awarded International Educator of the Year after 8 years of program development changing the standards of lash education as a certified educator by the National Association of Lash Artists. Sharing our story but most of all empowering others to change their lives, defy their odds and freedom through teaching our trade is the most rewarding part of what we do here. Lashthetic Pro is recognized by their insane success rate of their signature business programs educating over 500 lash artists from across the lower mainland extending to multiple students flying from around the world to complete the renowned programs. The Lashthetic Pro team works tirelessly to research and promote only the finest in lash products and accredited up to date lash training standards. As the industry develops Miriam has travelled around the world and taken international courses to make sure our education and program standards excel above and beyond. Our deep love for empowering and uplifting has found its roots in the lash industry and has given new eyes, hope, and passion towards defying the odds as women in business. Throughout the years, Lashthetic Pro. has single-handedly redefined the endless business opportunities for women to continue to defy the odds in business.

Being the first to be able to offer such a unique program where training can be spread over time with mentorship is a huge breakthrough in the industry giving adequate time for practice, growth, and mentorship. Building the curriculum to what it is today took years of dedication and care to offer top knowledge and pair it with a passion-fuelled backbone. In our process of accepting students we have a submission form to get to know the learning styles, needs and the story behind each one of our individual students.
Understanding each student’s goals and what is important to them is the only way you can truly help them achieve their goals. In any new trade or skill if you’re in it for the wrong reasons and take shortcuts, you will drown. And this is why we choose to educate how we do, to change the standard of education in our industry and to be able to fully invest into those who are truly investing into themselves.
